Sawiris goes Swiss

Egyptian billionaire Samih Samiris has been given the go-ahead to build a tourist resort accommodating 800 people in the Swiss town of Andermatt, reported Bloomberg. The government of Uri, the region where the resort will be located said that the project should generate 2,000 jobs and bring in gross revenue of $97m per year. The project will be carried out by Orascom Hotels and Development which is owned by Sawiris.
