said OKI Printing Solutions Middle East General Manager John Ross. "There's more work to do, without doubt, but we can certainly celebrate a really strong performance from our partners in the region which has undoubtedly led to the expansion of OKI's channel and presence here."
The two-day event saw the presence of high profile management body including product managers, regional marketing managers, and country managers from Oki Electronics Limited EMEA. It composed of workshops and technical training sessions as well as product and technical briefings. Contributing to the ongoing OKI Academy Programme, which has seen partners across the region building certification programmes, the meeting aimed at building partners' certification programmes. The OKI Academy aims to offer stronger, faster customer service through building stronger technical capabilities within partners' teams.
"It's our goal to provide great service to our customers throughout the region by strengthening our certification programme to gold certification across the region," said Ross. "This meeting included sessions that contribute to that goal, as well as planning and feedback sessions that aim to strengthen OKI's channel in the Middle East ready for another year of strong growth and expansion."
