Taxi Dubai use fresheners and stretchers

The Dubai Taxi Department in the Public Transport Agency at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) provide a modern sterilization for all taxis from the institution.

Iin line with the development of services, to raise the level of performance, achieve customer satisfaction and in response to their comments and suggestions., the taxi were sterilized for bacteria, dust and humidity, and were perfumed with a refreshing smell.

Mr. Ammar bin Tamim, Director of Dubai Taxi Department said that this service comes in application of the highest standards of quality and hygiene that was approached by the department to develop and improve its services and presented to the citizens, residents and tourists in the best interest of quality.

He added that the department will conduct the sterilization of all vehicles each morning after the completion of the clean up of vehicles and filling them with fuel and also used perfumes inside the vehicles to create a healthy atmosphere and gives a sense of comfort. He pointed out that the process of sterilization of the vehicles take only three seconds and will effective for a period of upto 24 hours.

Mr. Bin Tamim noted that the department will not hesitate to provide all services that will satisfy customers and gain their confidence.
