Third edition of International Property Show to be held in Dubai in April 2007 at Dubai International Exhibition Center
- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, September 24 - 2006 at 13:47
- PRESS RELEASE
Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, organisers of International Property Show, the comprehensive annual trade exhibition for international and Middle East property markets, has announced that the third edition of the show will be held from April 3 - 5, 2007, at the Dubai International Exhibition Center.
Dawood Al Shezawi, Managing Director, Strategic Marketing, said, "Dubai continues to be the region's most strategically important venue for property and real estate exhibitions, given the emirate's prominence as a business and tourist destination. The International Property Show has established itself as one of the most sought-after property exhibitions in the region, and we are pleased that each year the show is attracting a larger number of exhibitors. We expect a 35 per cent growth for the 2007 edition of show compared to 2006, which has led us to significantly extend the exhibition area at the venue."
Already exhibitors from 15 countries including England, Germany, South Africa, India, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, France, and Malaysia have confirmed their participation in International Property Show 2007, with several more expected to register in the coming weeks. A significant percentage of exhibitors who took part in the 2006 edition of the show in February have also confirmed their presence for next year, which underlines the show's success and popularity.
The International Property Show features exciting projects from across the world including commercial property, shopping, leisure and entertainment centers, high and low-density residential apartments and villa developments, resorts and hotels, trade zones, special-purpose developments and land development.
The underlying objective of the show is to bring together regional and international exhibitors, property developers, financiers, real estate agents and consultants, designers and others involved in the real estate industry in the UAE, the Arab world and other thriving real estate markets of the world. Since the show will be held during the International Property Week, visitors and participants can also benefit from a series of industry-related workshops, seminars, and conferences that will be held at the venue.
"The opening up of the property market in the UAE with the formulation of new property laws in various emirates, has given further impetus to investments in this sector. Given the scale of activity in the regional real estate market, it is vital to have the right platform for property developers and other players in the industry to exhibit their projects and effectively target their audience. Judging from the feedback we received from exhibitors and visitors of previous shows, we can firmly say that the International Property Show has been able to fully address this requirement. Moreover, we have witnessed deals worth millions of dirhams being finalized during the event, which is further proof of the show's importance," said Al Shezawi.
