Qtel chooses LogicaCMG

LogicaCMG is to provide its short messaging service centre platform to Qtel. LogicaCMG's SMSC platform will provide Qtel with a messaging infrastructure, in addition to engineering and technical support. Qtel has also selected LogicaCMG's central management system which provides a real time view of SMS traffic, faults and operational efficiencies.
