Winners of the recently-concluded Philippines Bowling Championship for GCC region were in for a royal treat when they unpacked their prizes and found the stylish new mobile handsets by BenQ-Siemens, the innovative mobile communication solutions provider that has carved a distinct niche for itself in the mobile industry with the launch of over a dozen new phones this season.
The feature-packed innovative mobile phones made for even more of a treat as most of BenQ-Siemens' mobile phone models support Tagalog, the national language of the Philippines.
Elsie M Marcial, Events and Operations Manager, Sharjah Filipino Bowling Club and Head of the UAE Bowling League said: 'We are grateful to BenQ-Siemens for its contribution to the Championship's success, which demonstrates its interest in the social activities of the local community.'
Kazi Najib Ashraf, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, BenQ-Siemens said: 'BenQ-Siemens is happy to have been invited to sponsor prizes and support sports activities among resident communities in the UAE. This allows us to not only achieve our corporate targets but also to show our commitment to the society in which we operate.'
BenQ-Siemens combines BenQ's multimedia expertise and award-winning designs with Siemens' engineering heritage and intellectual property to offer new models to the market faster than in the past in order to meet high customer expectations and capitalise on the region's increasing mobile penetration rate.
