IEAI and JOFFCO sign agreement for building a factory in "Al Mushatta"

The agreement was signed by the CEO of IEAI and the Managing Director of JOFFCO, Mr. Mohamed Turk and Mr. Walid Al Khatib respectively.

The purpose of the factory is to manufacture and assemble high pressure CO2 fire extinguishers, water hoses, fire alarms and other safety- related equipment. JOFFCO Fire Fighting & Safety Equipment certified manufacturer is a leading manufacturer in the Middle East for producing and distributing advanced fire fighting, fire protecting and fire detection systems for over 5 years.

JOFFCO's products are credited by the British Standard Institution (BSI), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Safety Council (NSC), American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), Fire Extinguishing Trades Association (FETA), and Fire Protection Association (FPA) giving Al Mushatta access to the latest technology, rules, regulations and code.

Mr. Walid said: "This factory will be the first of its kind in the Middle East and will be built and operated according to ISO standards with a capital of approximately JD 3 million, and is also expected to create various job opportunities for Jordanians. Al-Mushatta was chosen for its prime location as well as its comprehensive services provided to its investors, in addition to providing them with the option to own their land within Al- Mushatta.'
