Jumeirah Beach Residence's facilities management company receives OHSAS 18001 certification

IDAMA Asset Management Solutions LLC, the facilities management company for Jumeirah Beach Residence, has been awarded the highly coveted OHSAS 18001 certification for compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties said, "The certification monitors operational processes specific to IDAMA Facilities Management and IDAMA Consultancy Services. An OHSAS 18001 certification proves that your management system has been measured against best practice standards and found compliant with internationally recognized systems of occupational health and safety."
IDAMA had previously received the ISO 9001:2000 certification in recognition of its pioneering role in delivering high quality services to its customers. The compatibility of OHSAS 18001 with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems' standards facilitates the integration of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
"IDAMA's certification confirms the compliance of all operational systems including procedures, regulations and management system performance that could either directly or indirectly leads to injury or illness, property damage, and damage to the work environment. With the OHSAS certification, our safety management system is now internationally certified," said Billy Daly, CEO of IDAMA.
IDAMA, a member of Dubai Properties, offers single-window integrated facilities management solutions starting with facility design and planning, systems strategy and transition planning during construction stage, and ends with property and facility management services during post construction stage.
