Al Waha, $504m petro finance

Al Waha Petrochemical Company has signed shariah-compliant financing agreements valued at $504m to build a petrochemical complex in Jubail Industrial City. The $1bn project includes the construction of a polypropylene plant and a propane dehydrogenation plant. Financing banks are Arab Banking Corporation, Bank Aljazira, Banque Saudi Fransi, Gulf International Bank, SABB and Saudi Hollandi Bank.
