1.5m visit Egypt tourism site

The Egyptian Tourism Authority revealed last week that its official website has attracted more than 1.5m visits since it was launched in March, reported TradeArabia. The site was devised to provide travellers with information on historical and cultural attractions as well as other activities including diving and desert safaris; it also includes travel information such as visa requirements. The site can be accessed at www.egypt.travel
