RTA appoints and promotes nationals in leading positions

Nationals have been appointed and promoted at the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) in leading positions across various departments through several administrative orders issued by Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority.
The orders appointed Salem AbdulRahman Al Shamsi, as Traffic Control Manager in Public Bus Department in the Public Transport Agency, he has licentiate degree and gained more than 15 years of experience in inspection and administrative work, customer services, new staff training and has had many participation in various committees, seminars and specialized courses in the work field, development and workshops.
Hamed Aqeel Al Fahim appointed as Road Planning & Design Manager. He has Master Degree in Engineering and Road Management from Birmingham University - UK and a winner of the Sheikh Rashid Scientific Excellence Award. He also has more than 8 years of experience in roads affairs and occupied a number of supervisory positions on various roads projects.
The Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the RTA order also promoted Salah AlDeen Mohammed Al Marzouqi to Deputy Director of Traffic Department and Manager of Smart Traffic System (STS). Al Marzouqi graduated at Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in Electronic Engineering Technology and have more than of 7 years of experience in traffic controlling systems and occupied several leading positions in addition to having membership in several executive traffic committees in Dubai.
