Emaar, 12,000 acres in Karachi

Pakistan has allocated around 12,000 acres of land to Emaar for its $43bn development in Karachi on Bundal and Buddo Islands, reported the AFP. Although the Pakistani government has given the project a green light, a formal agreement has still yet to be signed with Emaar, but this is expected very soon. Karachi accounts for 95% of Pakistan's foreign trade.
