House sharing to combat rents

Housing experts in Dubai have said that more and more people are opting to house share in order to make spiralling rental charges more affordable, reported Gulf News. Sophia Friend of Al Maskan Real Estate said that many people in the city can no longer afford to live alone. She said steep freehold property prices were forcing up rents as landlords sought bigger returns on their sizeable investments.
