Since 2005, Lloyds TSB has opened similar centres at Arabian Ranches, Dubai Healthcare City and the Green Community to complement its prominent main branch in Jumeirah.

The new Lloyds TSB centre is located at the ground floor of the community centre and will be open from 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday to Thursday. Customers can apply for new accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards and other products and services. The service centre will also house ATM facilities with round-the-clock banking access for cash withdrawals and cheque and cash deposits.

Giles Cunningham, CEO of Lloyds TSB Middle East, said, "We are thrilled to be extending our physical presence to the Mirdiff Community. Giving customers greater access to banks is vital as Dubai grows. Banks can no longer expect their customers to battle for parking spaces in central business districts - we must ensure that we are on their doorsteps."

Lloyds TSB had earlier approved the developer of UPTOWN Mirdiff for its home loans at a low arrangement fee of just 0.5% and a competitive interest rate with no early repayment penalties.

The main branch of Lloyds TSB is in Jumeirah, housed in a custom built landmark building, located on Al Wasl Road opposite Safa Park. Lloyds TSB Dubai employs over 200 people providing a full range of financial services including: Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Offshore Banking, Private Banking, Treasury Services and Trade Finance Services.

In addition to market leading auto and home loans, credit cards, personal and commercial loans, current and savings accounts, and fixed term deposits, Lloyds TSB Dubai also offers easy accessibility to telephone banking and secure Internet banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
