Dubai Properties has a long tradition of partnering with Asian investors, who have made lucrative investments in the company's mixed-use developments.
Mohammed Binbrek, COO, Dubai Properties said,
"In the past two years we have witnessed significant demand from Asian institutional investors looking to enter the Middle East market. At MIPIM Asia, we were able to develop our growing business relationship with our counterparts in Asia Pacific and explore future business opportunities."
In a bid to expand its presence in the international arena, Dubai Properties also held talks with agents representing end-users who are seeking attractive yields and capital growth, as well as potential business partners from a wide range of sectors including financial institutions, construction and other developers interested in joint ventures.
Held for the first time in Asia, MIPIM Asia brought international and local investors, corporate end-users, retailers and hotel groups under the same roof as developers, government authorities and brokers.
