SAE Open Day- another great success

Visitors, comprising of invitees, students, industry bigwigs as well as interested onlookers attended the event at the SAE Dubai Campus in Knowledge Village.

Mr. Marco Bettelli, Managing Director SAE Asia Pacific and Middle East commented, "Since the SAE Open Day, the Daytime 3D Animation class has been enrolled to its full capacity and the Institute has had to introduce an evening class to cope with the demand for this course. The Open Day had the same effect on the Daytime Audio Engineering class- full enrollment."

Bettelli continued, "Most interest has been in the diploma qualification, nevertheless, there were also much interest in the short course programs. The next short course for the 3D animation Certificate, will commence on the 30th October. We very much believe in our Open Days we hope that they serve potential students with a good insight into what we do."

Potential students were offered the chance to have their questions and queries answered which led to numerous enrolments on the spot. This continues to prove that the demand for specialised media and creative technology training programs was on the rise in the region.

The fields of audio and animation also, generated interest amongst the guests. On display at the Open Day, was a few pieces of newly acquired equipment, which included hi-tech cameras, track systems and other accessories.

SAE is now present in 48 cities in 21 countries, with Dubai being the first in the Middle East. The Dubai campus is the first of a number of Middle East campuses offering a full range of creative media programs at Certificate, Diploma & Degree levels, either individually or in conjunction with its global partner, Middlesex University. The main programs being offered from Dubai are Audio Engineering; Digital Animation; New Media; Film Making; Electronic Music Production & an Entertainment Business Program.
