23 Marina tower, 78% sold out

Hircon International told AME Info only 60 of the 278 apartments in its iconic 23 Marina residential tower are unsold. The project is the tallest residential tower in the world under construction with 90 storeys and spacious apartments priced from $950 to $1,300 per sq ft. Hircon is a joint venture between ETA Star and Hiranandani, and today awarded a $135m, 33-month construction contract to Dubai Civil Engineering.
