The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers welcomes two new key members to its management team

The 5-star Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers recently announced the appointment of two new Department Heads - Mohamed Iqbal Kasmani as the new Director of Finance and Tinka Tzolova as the new Director of Housekeeping.
He is equipped with 20 years working experience, out of which, 18 years were in the hospitality industry where he involved himself in all aspects of Finance - reconciliation of stocks, prepayment, accruals, provisions, insurance claims, cashiering procedures, creditors, debtors, purchasing and more - to attain his current position of Director of Finance.
Meticulous and determined, Kasmani attributes his success to diligent hard work. "After a successful experience in Doha, I decided to take on new challenges by joining a sister property in a growing city like Dubai. This city's hotel industry is booming at an incredible pace and Finance plays a key factor in helping the hotel stay one step ahead of the competition," says Kasmani.
Another new member to the hotel Management team is Tinka Tzolova, its new Director of Housekeeping. Tzolova joined the Sheraton Dubai Creek after a 1½- year stint with Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi.
Of Bulgarian nationality, Tzolova graduated from the University of Sofia with a Masters in Organisation and Planning of Tourism and Leisure. Having developed some feel for the hospitality industry, Tzolova decided to venture in hotel business and started her career with Sheraton Sofia Hotel as its Assistant Executive Housekeeper and worked her way up to Executive Housekeeper. She then moved to Sheraton Keravia in Lubumbashi, Zaire as the Executive Housekeeper and in-charge of laundry.
Tzolova then moved on to Sheraton Djibouti for 2 years before she decided to continue her career in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She then moved higher to take on an Area Executive Housekeeper position before deciding to take a short break to concentrate on family life.
Equipped with almost 20 years working experience, Tzolova took part in many Housekeeping conferences and training workshops to ensure she is kept updated with the latest in Houskeeping and Laundry techniques and chemicals.
In her current position, Tzolova is all set to impart her knowledge and know-how to the team at the Sheraton Dubai Creek and ensure optimization of service standards and guest satisfaction.
