Nakheel has handed over the first of 387 buildings at Dubai's International City. The developer says 75% of residential buildings will be handed over during Q4 2006 and the remainder in 2007. The four-storey mixed-use building is based in one of the China clusters in International City's residential district. It has 60 residential units and 18 retail shops.
