AD hotels, 81% Q2 occupancy

Abu Dhabi hotels and hotel apartments recorded an average occupancy rate of 80.79% in Q2 2006, according to the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority. Hotel apartments had average occupancy of 90%; four and three-star hotels at 88%; and five-star hotels were 77.5% full. The emirate will add more than 4500 hotel rooms over the next three years.
