Djibouti Palace opens soon

Nakheel opens its Djibouti Palace Kempinski hotel in early December, Gulf News reports. The 337-room, five-star hotel and conference centre will be operated by hotel management chain Kempinski. Nakheel says $130m is being invested in the hotel in two phases.
