Kuwait property sales slump

Real estate sales dropped sharply in Kuwait during August to their second lowest level in 2006, according to a report by the National Bank of Kuwait cited by TradeArabia. The value of commercial property sales was down 70% compared to July, with residential sale values down 46%. The first eight months of 2006 saw average real estate sales increase by 6.3% in value compared to same period in 2005.
