E-Vision ties up with DFM to broadcast Financial Market Information over TV

Emirates Cable TV and Multimedia (E-Vision), the UAE's premier cable TV provider, announced today the signing of an agreement with Dubai Financial Market to provide live quote and market information over its digital network.

The service adds on to E-Vision's array of offerings and is available on the Info Channel presented by E-Vision. It offers live broadcast of information about the stock prices listed on the Dubai Financial Market, in which investors and businessmen are able to follow up on instant quotes and changes in prices. The service also provides general information about the financial market; this includes general index value, bid and offer volumes, along with many others. The live broadcast will take place from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, Sunday to Wednesday. In addition, a reminder of the closing results will be displayed continuously at the top of each hour and shall last until the mid-night of each broadcasting days.
