Tamleek Real Estate signs leasing agreement with the Jordan Kuwait Bank

The Jordan Kuwait Bank and Tamleek Real Estate signed a leasing agreement last week, whereby the Jordan Kuwait Bank 's newest branch will be housed at Tamleek's Rabieh Towers.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mu'ayad Al Dabbas, Vice Board Chairman and CEO of Tamleek Real Estate, and Mr. Mohammad Yaser Al Asmar, The General manager of Jordan Kuwait Bank. During the ceremony, both Mr. Al Asmar and Mr. Dabbas spoke candidly about the significance of the occasion and exchanged gifts.

The Rabieh Towers are located in the Wadi Saqra area of Amman. This architectural project is owned by Tamleek Real Estate and is considered a landmark in its own right. It targets entities from the private sector, and is designed using the most advanced and up-to-date architectural concepts available.

When asked to comment on the agreement, Mr. Dabbas said, "Tamleek Real-Estate constantly strives to adopt the highest standards of quality in all the projects it creates for the Jordanian community and the region at large. The firm placed great importance on the Rabieh Towers project especially since it is located in one of the most vibrant commercial districts in Amman.

'Our agreement with the Jordan Kuwait Bank is a great source of pride for us, for it serves as proof of our commitment to choosing our clients with care. We believe that with the right tenants we can ensure that we are not only creating a home for the operations of leading entities, but are also creating a healthy corporate environment."

Mr. Al Asmar for his part, expressed his utmost admiration for all of Tamleek Real-Estate's achievements to date. "Since its establishment in 2005, Tamleek has managed to make its mark on the local real-estate scene. It is an indigenous Jordanian firm, and this goes to show the level of trust that exists in the real-estate and architectural design capabilities of Jordan firms. We at the Jordan Kuwait Bank renew this trust through our undivided support of Jordanian investment efforts. I hope this leasing agreement marks the start of fruitful cooperation between our bank and Tamleek Real-Estate," he said.

The Rabieh Towers, a commercial complex, are being built on 11,000 squared meters of land. The towers will include a shopping center, offices, a distinguished reception area, elevators, heating and cooling systems, large parking spaces, gardens, and lots more.

The firm first started working on this project at the beginning of 2005. Construction is expected to end by the end of 2006.Tamleek is at present studying several applications coming from firms wishing to rent office space in the Rabieh Towers. It hopes to select tenants that will work towards fostering a harmonious environment within its bounds.
