Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites welcomes new executives

Mr. Burton Kingsley George has taken up the position of Pastry Chef.

George possesses 10 years of vast experience in pastry kitchen having worked worldwide at internationally recognized all star class hotels. He was associated with such leading hotel chains as Sheraton, Safir International, Fairmont, just to name a few, and also spent quite a few years of his career in the Middle East.

Burton George has won several medals in various culinary competitions. He holds Silver Medal from "Culinary Art 2000"in Bermuda, two merit awards from "Mefex 98" in Bahrain and Bronze Medal from "Salon Culinere 1995" in Sri Lanka.
In his new role, Burton George will be responsible for leading pastry team of Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites and bringing the quality of desserts on a higher level by introducing fine modern touch.

Kamal Kashyap was appointed as Revenue Manager for the property.

Kamal has been in hospitality industry over ten years, and has held various positions in the field of Revenue Management with leading international chains such as Sheraton, Le Meridien, Hilton International in India and Middle East.

Before joining Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites, he worked as Revenue Manager in ITC Hotel Maurya Sheraton & Towers New Delhi.

The main objective of Kamal Kashyap in his new role with Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites will be to optimize the global revenue of the property and bringing it to the leading position in the market.
