International experts to address infrastructure finance audience

Notable industry figures from across the globe along with the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank will address participants during the 1st Annual World Islamic Infrastructure Finance Conference (WIIFC), to be held on the 5 & 6 November in Doha, Qatar.
