Zarzosa will report directly to Alan Leibman, President and Managing Director.

His knowledge of Atlantis is a real asset to the hotel, especially in the initial branding and development phase for this property."
As SVP/GM, Resort Operations, Zarzosa will be responsible for developing strategies and implementing plans, coordinating with a worldwide network of design and development consultants as well as overseeing the entire hotel operations and day-to-day running of The Royal Towers, Conference Centre and Entertainment Village when opened in late 2008.

As Dubai continues to burgeon as a key tourist haven attracting visitors from all over the world, I am really looking forward to establishing Atlantis, The Palm as the leading entertainment resort destination on The Palm, Jumeirah and in Dubai," Zarzosa said.
Zarzosa joins the company from his most recent assignment as Regional General Manager for Intercontinental Resorts Southern Asia and General Manager of InterContinental Resort Bali where not only was he responsible for the day-to-day operations, but for restoring business and regaining confidence in a destination that had been hit by terrorist atrocities. During his successful administration, Zarzosa was awarded the honour of 'Hotel Leader of the Year' in the 2005 IHG awards. In addition to this award the hotel also received four further accolades.
