Tensator FZE is one of the company's growing list of international offices which include UK headquarters, and offices in New York and Frankfurt - all of which serve the growing demand in the retail, airport and financial sectors for the company's market leading range of products.

Tensator FZE is a dedicated HQ at the centre of what is one of the world's fastest-growing and dynamic economic regions. By establishing the company in Dubai, Tensator has ensured that full sales and technical support service is available at the heart of the Gulf region.

Jeremy Williman, Chief Executive Officer of Tensator Group commented: "The opening of our Dubai office has strengthened our efforts to deliver the best customer guidance products to our growing customer base in the region. With our unrivalled product range, our passion for innovation and commitment to customer support, the Dubai showroom and office is good news for all our Middle East partners."

The Tensator FZE operation is headed-up by General Manager, Abdel Aziz Rahal, a firm believer in the 'think global, act local' philosophy of growth Tensator has employed:
"To fully understand the culture and the detailed requirements of customers in the Middle East," he says, "a local presence on a day-to-day basis is essential. Tensator FZE is staffed by local people but with the support of a global enterprise which has placed us in a strong position to really serve the market properly."

During the opening twelve months business has been growing steadily with a number of significant projects having been undertaken; a large installation at Doha Airport and an agreement with Hoshan Trading FZE, the office equipment suppliers who have over 10 offices in the gulf and a list of high profile clients that include Al Rahji Bank, Saudi British Bank, Arthur Anderson amongst many others.

According to Abdel Aziz Rahal, Tensator had experienced increasing sales in the Gulf region and the decision to create a permanent operation in Dubai was inevitable: "We were always confident that Tensator FZE would prove successful in meeting the demands not only of the booming economy in Dubai, but also in the entire Middle East region, and so it has proved with the booming sales of our products."

Alongside its sales activity, Tensator FZE has been attending the major trade shows including; Index Dubai, In-Retail, Retail Middle East, Airport Build Supply and others. This continue to expand in 2007.
