Dubai Press Club's Ramadan Majlis to discuss issues of local importance

As part of its Ramadan calendar of activities, Dubai Press Club (DPC) will host the fourth majlis on Monday, 16 October.

In line with its aim of organizing events with a purpose, the DPC majlis will see a select gathering of guests and media representatives discussing significant issues of local relevance.

Guest speakers at the event will include Brigadier Mohammed Saif Al Zafeen, Director of General Traffic Department - Dubai Police and Hussain Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipality. The discussion on 'Local Affairs' will be moderated by Sami Al Reyami, Editor-in-Chief, Al Emarat Alyoum.

Dubai Press Club has organised a packed calendar of Ramadan events with the aim of providing informal networking opportunities for members of the media community.

Its activities this year includes the Dubai International Backgammon Tournament, the first of its kind to be held in Dubai.

Dubai Press Cub Ramadan events are sponsored by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai Properties.
