GE's latest offering of desalination technology is capable of producing up to 6000 m3/day of high quality potable water while also helping to minimize the region's water shortages. By increasing inventory of this cutting-edge technology, GE will be better positioned to serve customers in region with accessible and quick deployment, low costs, and high quality, usable water that is produced in an efficient and effective manner.

We provide desalination solutions for both brackish water and seawater -- solutions that range from standard equipment suitable for light commercial or large residential applications as well as mobile solutions for temporary requirements.'
GE's recent acquisition of ZENON Environmental, Inc. brings advanced UF technology for potable water purification, wastewater treatment, seawater pretreatment and water reuse. The combined portfolio brings the best available technologies to the region, including the ability to provide high quality feedwater to RO membranes, which result in extended RO membrane life; reduced fouling; lower energy requirements; and lower cleaning chemical consumption.
