Gulf handset market saturated

The mobile phone handset market in the GCC is close to saturation level, forcing manufacturers to differentiate products with more features, Samsung Gulf Mobile Division GM Steve Han told Gulf News. Other manufacturers say there is always scope for expansion, with users regulary upgrading and changing handsets.
