National Bank of Dubai launches NBD Talent Bank

As part of its ongoing commitment to invest in tomorrow's leaders, National Bank of Dubai today announced NBD Talent Bank, a comprehensive Career Development Process specifically designed to identify and develop future leaders of the bank at all levels.

The NBD Talent Bank will help build a 'results through people' culture, giving the bank greater leverage in terms of faster decision making, greater innovation, increased productivity, increased retention and empowered employees. This new process will allow key stakeholders to spend more time on strategic departmental and organizational imperatives.
