Jet Aviation announces new appointments at group management level

At this year's NBAA in Orlando, FL, Jet Aviation announced the appointment of André Wall as new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for EMEA, Asia and South America.

2006. A new COO for the company's North American operations will be appointed later in the year.
André Wall will succeed Heinz Köhli as COO, who will solely focus on his role as CEO of the Jet Aviation Group to which he was appointed in 2003. Until mid February 2007, Köhli will continue to perform the dual roles of Group CEO and COO for EMEA, Asia and South America.
The newly appointed COO will join Jet Aviation's group management team from MTU Maintenance
in Berlin, Germany where he currently is the company's president and CEO. André Wall holds an
engineering degree from the TFH Technical University in Berlin. He worked for eight years for Rolls-Royce AeroEngines in Germany and the UK where he was program manager for Canadair
products. His duties also included leading the manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance
and engine assembly divisions. Wall went on to become logistics director before moving to Toyota
Motorsport, where he was general manager of procurement and production.
In August 2006, Dr. Hartwig Grevener joined Jet Aviation as the Group's new CFO from the airline
catering company Gate Gourmet where he served as their European CFO. He is a graduate of the
University of Technology in Berlin, Germany in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.
Grevener held various senior financial positions in the transportation industry in the past and began his career in the German branch of the U.S. consulting firm A.T. Kearney before his appointment in 1998 as Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis with Hapag-Lloyd in Hamburg.
