Visa International hosts Iftar gathering for banking sector partners in Kuwait

In celebration of the Holy month of Ramadan, Visa International, the world's leading payment solutions provider, recently hosted an iftar banquet for its member banks and regulators in Kuwait at Sheraton Hotel and Towers.

The dinner was attended by more than 80 executives in the Kuwaiti banking and financial industry.

Welcoming Visa international's banking partners in the country, Majeed Hujair, General Manager for Kuwait at Visa International Middle East acknowledged their support in the development of the payment cards industry.

Hujair said: 'It gives us great pleasure to have the opportunity to meet with our partners in the banking industry on this very special occasion. At each gathering we host for our member banks, we are reminded that Visa International is poised to continue to be the electronics payment leader in Kuwait.
