The sleek and stylish Samsung i320 is a super-slim bar-type handset, measuring just 11.5mm in depth and 95g in weight with an easy-to-use QWERTY keyboard. The i320 operates with 'Windows Mobile 5.0 Smart phone Operating System' providing users with a familiar interface that is easy to navigate and use. It allows users to write and store texts, exchange emails in real-time, type memos, and a lot more.

Abdel Wahed, Regional Director, Telecommunications for Microsoft Middle East said, "The Samsung i320 elegantly combines an attractive slim smart phone with push email facilities providing consumers with a new level of interaction and immediacy for keeping in touch for business or personal purposes. We welcome the i320 and look forward to more from Samsung in the future."

The i320 offers MS Push Email support for wide compatibility, including instant messaging enabling consumers to stay connected even when they are on the go. The i320 features an imbedded instant messaging program and 'mobile mail' functions that enable users to send and receive photos, music and multimedia messages.

Chi Won Suh, President, Samsung MEAHQ, said, "Samsung is a leader in mobile phones and using MS software that is popular with consumers just makes it very convenient for the customers who get the best of both."

He also said, "Samsung will lead the trend of smart phones by combining its cutting-edge technology and sleek ultra-slim designs. We will also be working closely with Microsoft ME to promote our MS OS handsets in this region.'

The i320 is the first smart phone in its category and in the region to have a built in mega pixel camera. It has a 1.3MP resolution with auto flash and 2x digital zoom that is enhanced by the large 2.2 inches LCD screen. The phone contains exciting multimedia entertainment functions such as high-quality dual speakers and SRS WOW.

Samsung has also taken into consideration the need to localize their products to the Middle East market and therefore have added an additional option of full arabization for ease of use to our Arab-speaking consumers.
It is a tri-band GSM phone capable of GPRS/EDGE and supports Bluetooth too.

The phone is also perfect for users who want to have all of the advanced features of a smart phone in a light and slim package for convenience and style. It also has a 120 MB onboard memory in addition to a microSD slot. At 95 grams and 11.5 mm thick, it is a pleasure to carry around.
