Starting from the month of August 2006, Tameer Holding Investments will be awarding one luxurious Cadillac SRX 4x4 SUVs to the best performing agent at the end of each month.
'Tameer have a high regard & appreciation for the hard work and effort that all our agents have made in selling Tameer's properties. Earlier this year, we awarded Luxury City Real Estate a Mercedes Benz E500, and today we have presented Bristol Middle East LLC this top of the range vehicle in recognition and appreciation for all the hard work they have done. This program is ongoing and for the next several months, Cadillac will be assisting us by awarding our most successful agents with one of their most powerful SUV's.' said Ali Al Khudairi, CEO of Tameer Holding.
The initial announcement was made during the launch of Dubai Marina's Elite Residence, where Tameer's CEO, Mr. Ali Al Khudairi, stated that this new program has been designed to recognize their agent's efforts in contributing towards the company's successful sales. In the presence of Farid Bendriss, VP Sales at Liberty Showroom in Sharjah, Thursday October 19th saw the new award presented to Mr. Omar Chapuis of Bristol Middle East LLC, by Al Khudairi.
Bristol Middle East LLC achieved the maximum threshold sales and superseded the sales of other Tameer agents in the UAE for the month of August and had the honor of winning the first Cadillac SRX 4x4 SUVs. The program will be in place for five consecutive months and conclude by December 2006. Each month, the most successful agent will be recognized as the one that attained the highest value in verified cash receipts during a full calendar month - from the first day, to the last day of that month.
'With the UAE property development market flourishing in both its commercial and residential sectors, competition among the various real estate developers is becoming increasingly intense. Over the past months, Tameer has been at the forefront of this competition with the selling of property being made in record times.' said Mr Ali Al Khudairi.
'However I would like to stress that this is not so much as an incentive program, but in actuality a way of saying thank you to our agents, for helping to make Tameer a success story,' he concluded.
