Emirates Bank supports Dubai Police at the Ramadan Tournaments prize giving ceremony

Emirates Bank has renewed its dedication to the Dubai Police by sponsoring their Ramadan Tournaments, for the 14th consecutive year.

The sponsorship package included funding most of the prize money which was divided and awarded to the winners of the various tournaments.

Mr. Louis Scotto, Emirates Bank General Manager- Retail Banking said, 'We at Emirates Bank thank the Dubai Police for inviting us once again to participate in the Ramadan Tournaments. We both share the same belief of being partners in our duty to contribute to the development and progress of our society.'

The Ramadan Tournaments organized by the Dubai Police included snooker, bowling, table tennis, tennis, tug of war and chess and was enjoyed by more than 1,000 participating contenders.

Mr. Scotto continued, 'Emirates Bank cherishes all its valued police customers and we have located our branches in a way to efficiently and conveniently cater to the Police Community near-by. We have developed and enhanced packages for the Police customers providing them with priority services and special schemes. At Emirates Bank, we continuously seek ways of meeting the needs of all segments of our society.'

The bank has installed ATMs in the New Police General Headquarters, Police Club and police stations in Hatta, Bur Dubai and Naif areas. The Muraqqabat police station will have its ATM by the end of this year.

The Dubai Police is currently celebrating 50 years of excellent service. The force has been instrumental in building an image of strength and security with the citizens and has won many laurels for the exceptional level of services it has provided.
