Emaar's premier waterfront development, the Dubai Marina, hosted a fun day for children to mark the third anniversary of the project's Phase 1.
Free of charge and open for all Dubai Marina Phase 1 residents, the event had all the thrills and excitement of a family outing with several parents joining the children in various games. Adults broke their fast at the Iftar tent at Al Yass and returned for more fun activities with the children. They also took part in the much-enjoyed organized games including a tug-of-war, which had the children laughing merrily.
The first-of-its-kind waterfront project in the city, Dubai Marina offers an alternative lifestyle for its residents. With yachts moored along the Marina and some of the city's best dining, entertainment and leisure facilities, Dubai Marina stretches over 3.5 km with an 11 km marine frontage. Sprawling over 30 million sq ft, the development comprises 10 districts each being developed as a distinct community. Apart from breathtaking views of the azure sea waters, residents can enjoy amenities like health clubs, eateries and 24-hour security and maintenance.
Located near Sheikh Zayed Road and in close proximity to the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Village, Dubai Marina features six key mixed-use components developed by Emaar.
