Etisalat announces off peak rate on international calls during Eid Al Fatr

Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, Etisalat, announced off peak rates on international calls during the three days of Eid Al Fatr.

This offer, which includes all calls from fixed line and mobile phones, will be valid on the first, second, and third day of the Shawal Month.

Adding excitement to the occasion, Etisalat will offer its customers special greeting tunes on its Greetune service, and special greeting cards on its Weyak portal. The Weyak portal can be accessed from the mobile by going to "mobile.weyak.ae" or by sending an SMS to No. 1010 with the message "a weyak".

Ahmed Bin Ali, Manager Corporate Communications, Etisalat, said,

Bin Ali also stressed Etisalat's commitment to offer its multi-cultural customers special promotions on their various occasions and events as part of its theme 'Reach', to participate in all its customers' celebrations and help add more joy and excitement to the occasion.

In the past, Etisalat has offered off peak rates on international calls during the first three days of Ramadan, special off peak rates to Lebanon during the war, and special rates on outgoing calls to India during Onam and Diwali Festivals. Etisalat's Eid Al Fatr offer will be valid once the date is officially announced by the UAE Government.
