VoiceREACH is a broadcast service that enables users to send voice messages to a large targeted audience instantly. The delivery is made to regular telephone, mobile phones, voicemail or answer machines. 'Targeted voice messages are personal, concise and well timed. When positioned with other communications strategies, voice messages generate higher rates of response' said Adam Taylor, Business Development Manager of Xpedite Middle East.
Industry research indicates that more and more people want to receive all their messages-e-mail, voice mail and faxes-in one place. The company's service's combines voice messaging and it's other Internet-based communications, and consequently serves a much larger market category called unified communications, which is expected to grow to $5.7 billion in the next few years.
Customers use Xpedite to manage critical information distribution for transaction-based services such as bank statements, subscription renewals, promotional offers, purchase orders, newsletters, research reports, rate sheets and pricing/product announcements.
