Abdulla Yousif Fakhro and Sons announces relocation of its corporate headquarters to new Fakhro Tower

Abdulla Yousif Fakhro and Sons and CBRE Bahrain WLL are delighted to announce the relocation of the Abdulla Yousif Fakhro and Sons corporate headquarters to their prestigious new commercial office complex, Fakhro Tower, opposite City Centre mall, Manama.
Car parking is arranged over five podium floors to provide in excess of 400 car parking bays and an industry leading ratio of about 1 bay per 50m² of commercial office space.
Offices are provided in shell and core presentation for tenant's fit-out with high quality fully-fitted lift lobbies and common toilet/washroom facilities on each office floor. The lettable area of each typical floor is 825m², sub divisible by up to four suites per floor. There are four high speed passenger lifts, one service lift and a designated lift for the podium car park.
