Abu Dhabi Statistics participates in Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012

Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD) is taking part in the activities of Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012 Exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre, Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012, which provides a unique platform where key developments on the real estate market across the Middle East are being revealed.
SCAD emphasized the significance of the Centre's participation in the exhibition, noting the importance of the real market for the global economy as well as the economy of Abu Dhabi Emirate as per Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. The exhibition features both completed projects as well as new developments in the real estate market.
The center is interested in meeting with senior officials in key investment and development organizations to provide them with SCAD's most updated statistical releases and to acquire knowledge of the data they can provide, so as to enhance the centre's capacity to build up new strategic partnerships. These efforts support the release of new statistics that serves various development sectors in the emirate.
Moreover, Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012 features Middle East Real Estate Summit, where a panel of more than 40 leading speakers currently active in the Middle East will share their collective experience and tackle the major challenges facing the regional real estate sector, the matter which reflects a true picture of the current real estate markets at both regional and global levels as well as reflect future trends in the field.
H.E. Butti Ahmad Bin Butti Al Qubaisi, General Director, stressed the centre's interest in participating in Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2012 for the sixth year, in order to take advantage of the ever increasing opportunities provided by exhibition, indicating that Cityscape Abu Dhabi has firmly established itself as the region's leading real estate development and investment event, which last year attracted more than 25,000 visitors from 78 countries looking to learn of the latest developments and real estate market trends and to achieve further positive development and transparency in this developing market. The exhibition displays local and regional real estate projects for a global audience.
Al Qubaisi added that the dissemination of the latest statistics released by SCAD is meant to highlight the investment opportunities available in the real estate sector in the emirate of Abu Dhabi and to showcase the progress and prosperity achieved by the emirate which promises to become a significant real estate centre in the region in the coming years.
HE Al Qubaisi noted that the participation of SCAD's in international exhibitions, held in the UAE or abroad, highlights the status of the emirate as one of the leading centers in the world markets, and draws a modern, accurate picture of its promising reality. This is accomplished through the dissemination of the centre's latest statistical releases covering various economic sectors and activities in the emirate, thus reflecting an clear view of the investment opportunities in the emirate based on the latest field surveys.
SCAD's representatives at the exhibition will distribute a CD containing the full range of the Centre's publications in 2011, in addition to printed brochures and detailed bulletins and reports presenting these important statistics, which provides investors with an excellent opportunity to learn about all statistical data and information of interest to them on the Emirate of Abu Dhabi from a single source. Additionally, the members of SCAD's delegation will welcome visitors and officials and guests at the Centres stand to answer any question they might want to ask.
