ACCA launches toll free 24 hour support service for members and students in UAE

More than 5,000 members and students of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the United Arab Emirates are now able to speak to their professional body free of charge and at any time.

ACCA has become the first finance and accountancy body in the UAE to launch a toll free number which will enable students and members to speak to ACCA customer services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This will enable more than 1,000 ACCA members and over 4,000 students to have administrative queries dealt with at a time which is convenient to them and at no charge.

The toll free number is 8000 3570 3172, and will enable students and members to have administrative details, such as exam entries, fees, subscriptions and membership renewals dealt with at any time.

Susie Isaacson, Head of ACCA UAE, said, "The launch of the toll free number will enable us to provide administrative support to our members and students around the clock and free of charge and will enhance the service which we can provide to them, along with employers and tuition providers in the UAE."

"We have invested a great deal in providing the best possible service to our community and we are delighted to be able to be the first professional finance and accountancy body in the UAE to provide a free 24/7 service to them," added Isaacson.
