Accor to open 15 ibis hotels in Saudi Arabia

French hotel group Accor has opened the first ibis hotel in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Gazette has reported. The 3-star branded economy hotel in Riyadh is part of the expansion of the ibis brand of the Accor Group in the kingdom, said Accor president and chief operating officer, Yann Caillere. "As part of this expansion, three new ibis hotels in Jeddah, Yanbu, and Al-Khobar are in the pipeline to be opened next year," said Caillere. The company plans to have 15 ibis hotels in Saudi Arabia in the few coming years, added Caillere.
