ADAC awards L&T Dhs943.1m midfield terminal deal

Abu Dhabi Airports Co (ADAC) has awarded Indian engineering firm Larsen & Tourbro a Dhs943.11m contract to develop a midfield terminal complex at the Abu Dhabi International Airport, PTI has reported. Under the terms of the deal, L&T is to build concrete hard stands for aircraft parking around the new midfield terminal building, including contact and remote stands, among other works. Construction is slated for completion within 28 months. The terminal complex is expected to be commissioned by 2017.
