ADAC signs service level agreement with Abu Dhabi Customs

The SLA meets the requirements of the Department of Transport and Air Transport Regulation Civil Aviation's Part 9, Article TA 030/07, which defines the minimum level of service, staff training and development programmes for government, private and public entities.

H.E Hamad Al Hurr Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Department of Finance, said, "The signing of this agreement with Abu Dhabi Airports Company reflects our commitment to provide guidelines for the level services pertaining to Customs at Abu Dhabi International Airport. The guidelines will act as a catalyst for the constant development of quality services by identifying the roles and procedures of each unit involved. We are glad to have a close professional relationship with ADAC that results in producing efficient services to our joint customers."

H.E. Ali Majed Al Mansoori, Chairman of ADAC, commented, "ADAC is working towards achieving its vision of becoming the world's leading airports group. As part of the Service-Level Agreement between ADAC and Abu Dhabi Airport Customs, responsibilities between both entities will be defined to ultimately deliver the highest possible services to their combined customers. Staff training and development programmes will also be defined and implemented for both organizations, as well as identifying the means by which levels of services will be monitored and reported.
