The certificationwas presented to ADAC's Chief Executive Officer Jim E. Bennett and Vice President ICS Hamed Al Hashemi by Paul Fox, Deputy Head of Mission of the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi and Ahmad AlKhatib, General Manager, Assurance and Testing - of BSI Middle East and Africa.
ISO/IEC 20000 is an internationally recognised service management system (SMS) standard which has assisted ICS in adopting best practices towards IT Service Management (ITSM).
The SMS will work to align IT services with ADAC business objectives while at the same time ensuring a commitment towards evolving business needs and continuous improvement in service management.
With this certification, ADAC now joins a league that includes only a few organisations in the UAE. Certification is achieved following detailed and successful audits and continuous dedication to complying with internationally recognised standards.
