ADCP and ADDC partners to provide utilities connection service through ADCP offices

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), an entity of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), launched a new service allowing its customers to do all formalities of getting utilities connection with Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP) without the need to visit any of ADDC's customer services centers.
Eng. Mohammed bin Jarsh, ADDC Managing Director, said; "We initiated this service in keeping with the directives of our visionary leadership and "Plan Abu Dhabi 2030" aimed at providing the residency of Abu Dhabi with the best services". Adding; "Plans are in the pipeline to expand this facility by adding more of our transactions, such as issuance of clearance certificates, etc".
"We have opted for teaming-up with ADCP in this regards because it is one of the main property companies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which runs more than 59 thousand residential units, thus enabling us to get more closer to this large number of our customers," he said.
Abdulla Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Vice Chairman of ADCP, said; "We are proud to be chosen by ADDC to provide our valued tenants with the service of getting utilities connection services. This initiative comes in line with our strategy to allow our customers to conduct their tenancy contracts formalities at one-stop window, as we have recently opened branches of MAWAQIF and Etisalat at our premises".
ADDC is planning to expand this service to include more of the main property operators in Abu Dhabi and its dependencies.
