Ad Submission Guidelines

Overview

Please note the terms and conditions of your order confirmation with us and then submit all advertising elements and URLs to your account manager which will be assigned by your sales contact.

What should be included?

Please include the following information with your submission (placement of your order may be delayed if any required information is missing):

  • Instructions on how ad element(s) should run, rotate, and/or replace other creative
  • Advertiser Name
  • AME Info Order Number or Insertion Order (IO) number
  • Creative Start Date
  • Creative End Date
  • Advertising Elements (as individual files, ZIP archives), including all Flash source files (FLA and all supporting SWF files), landing page to open in a new browser window and any custom fonts. Pre-compiled swf with FSCommand  is prefered.
  • Alt text
  • Click-through URL
  • Targeting and audience parameters

Email messages
AME Info requires 2 full business days to test and prepare a mailer.

Please create the mailer as an HTML file and forward this and the images needed, along with a good subject line at least 2 working days in advance.

When the mailer has been created in our mail delivery system AME Info willl send a test mail for final aproval to the client (and to any additional e-mail addreses provided AME Info along with the artwork)

AME Info requires 1 full business day to test and prepare standard GIF/JPEG creative submissions. Please allow enough time for this process prior to the campaign start date. For example, creative/copy changes that should start on a Saturday morning must be received by the beginning of the business day the previous Thursday as Friday is off.

Along with the images please provide a URL for the landing page.

Banners in Flash format (.swf) should be prepared for clicktag, and landing page should open in a new browser window.

Clicktag should be provided as a text string.

AME Info requires 2 full business days to test and prepare Rich Media solutions, rich media file types, sponsorship elements, and all other non-standard creative submissions. One week advanced notice is recommended for new advertisers.


Any element not meeting specifications may be returned for revision, which may delay the expected live date and affect the delivery of the campaign.

Click-through tracking is not available on the following advertising elements:

  • HTML advertising elements that use method="POST" for form submittal.
  • Rich media elements that use embedded or compiled URL information (Macromedia Flash creatives that do not use the FScommand, for example).
  • Third party served HTML (IFrame) campaigns.

Cache-busting is available for pre-approved third party served agencies, others by request only. Please enter the Cache busting tags as AME Info is not responsible for entering these tags. Please not that impressions booked will be delivered by 24/7 Real Media Open AdStream according to international standards which means impressions must be within a 10% margin. AME Info FZ LLC / Emap Limited can not be held liable if a 3rd party adserver that does not offer chache-busting is involved and the report from Open AdStream will be the only results that will be considered.
