ADT, OOCL ink CMX service deal

Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) has signed an agreement with Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) to call Khalifa Port Container Terminal with their CMX service, Gulf News has reported. The CMX service links Abu Dhabi with major Asian import and export destinations, as well as provide fast transit times to Singapore for intra-Asia distribution. "The first OOCL vessel call on the CMX service is expected on the June 11 and will further expand the Khalifa Port network with direct connection to Ningbo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Chiwan, Singapore, Nansha, Xiamen and Ningbo," said the chief executive of ADT, Martijn van de Linde.
